This is the second straight week we have a great free album that just barely missed a spot on my Holiday Buyer’s Guide. Witch Mountain, a psychedelic doom metal band from Portland, Oregon, released their second full length album earlier in 2011, a massive ten years after the first. Their sound is unique, while still maintaining somewhat of a retro vibe that should appeal to both fans of classic psychedelic rock and 90’s doom metal.
